| Where are your products coming from? |
| Our suppliers are leasing companies that rent computer equipment to corporations or government agencies. They lease the equipment for a specific term (12,24,36 months) after which they are returned and then sold to us in lot.
Here are the steps of our refurbishing process :
1)Visual inspection
2)Cleaning
3)Customization according to order specifications
4)Installation of the operating system (Windows in most cases)
5)Our technician run various tests to verify the perfect functionality of the unit before shipping. |

| Do the prices include taxes? |
| For Canadian residents, prices do not include tax. There is a 5% GST tax which applies to all Canadian residents. An additional 7.5% PST tax which applies to Quebec residents only. United States or Europe residents are not billed any Canadian or Provincial sales tax. |

| No. Our contract with our suppliers forbids us to accept such offers. |

| We post adds in all regions because we have an online store which ships to all regions in Canada, US and western Europe.
Our only physical store is located in Montreal, Canada, but you are welcome to shop online. |

| You are most welcome to come to our store. Please call ahead of time in order to reserve your laptop, as we are limited by space and may have the unit you want in stock only at our warehouse. Also call us to reserve in advance when you are looking for a particular configuration or upgrades.
