Online payments
If you use
Elavon's Internet Secure or Paypal
as a method of payment, we assume that you have read their terms and conditions.
Warranty
All our products include the warranty specified in their description on parts and labour except on
software. For warranty on battery, please read the paragraph 'Warranty on battery' below. We do not offer warranty in case of misuse of our products (broken screen, water on the keyboard, etc.)
Warranty on battery
We cannot guarantee battery life but we guarantee a functionnal battery unless specified as 'untested' in product description. By functionnal battery we mean a battery that hold a certain charge but it is impossible for us to test battery life on individual cases. For laptops with 'untested' battery in the description, the state of the battery is unknown so it can be working or not. For any questions about battery life, we will be happy to assist you by phone or email.
Prices
We do our best to avoid mistakes in prices but we reserve the right to cancel an order if the price displayed
is incorrect. We can change our prices at any moment.
Inventory
Will honor any orders while we have the item in stock or available from our suppliers. We reserve the right to
cancel an order and refund the buyer if the item is unavailable.
Products images
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from actual product. Unless specified in product description, options such as docking station, extended battery or fingerprint reader that appear in products images are not included. For any question about our products, we will be happy to assist you by email or phone.
Shipping
If you have a problem with a product that is still under warranty, the buyer pays one way shipping
(to return it to us). Buyer has to pay 2 ways shipping if the problem with the product is the
result of misuse or if no problem is found by our technicians. For international orders, customs, duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, taxes etc. are buyers
obligations.
Exchanges and refund
We do not offer refunds. The only exception is for the purchase of products that are temporary out of stock and that have not been shipped. Exchanges are accepted up to 7 days after you receive your order. In that case, the buyer pays 2 way shipping.
